A stunning 12m frame marquee, fully lined in black starlight, set the stage for an elegant Midsummer Night’s Dream-inspired 21st celebration. With an elaborate lighting rig, rustic detailing and bespoke design touches, this was an immersive and unforgettable evening.
Making an entrance
Guests were welcomed through a statement entrance designed to set the tone from the very first moment. A bespoke 3-metre rustic foliage ring, finished with thousands of warm fairy lights, created a dramatic and visually rich focal point that immediately immersed guests in the theme while offering a perfect photo opportunity.
On arrival, guests were greeted with reception drinks served by uniformed staff before moving through the styled entrance into the main event space. The combination of thoughtful guest flow, atmospheric lighting and carefully curated details ensured a seamless transition from arrival to celebration, creating a sense of occasion from the outset.
